Cuando voy a la ciudad capitalina de mi isla, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, y me apetece darme un capricho culinario, tengo dos sitios favoritos : el restaurante japonés Kazan y el Bistro de Victor Cruz . Hoy os voy a revelar el mundo creativo de Victor , pero prometo muy pronto un post sobre el Kazan.
