The last day

Este es el look, que elegi para el dia del fin del mundo. Pero realmente se acaba ? O es que simplemente pasamos a otro nivel de conciencia, donde entenderemos mejor las leyes universales y los mensajes, que enseñanzas y filosofías como el Budismo,Yoga o Kabbalah nos transmiten ? Métodos y caminos diferentes, pero todos llevan al mismo lugar - elevar la conciencia y comprender el sentido de la vida - transformarnos cada día en mejores personas. A finales de cada año, tengo la costumbre de hacer inventario de los últimos 12 meses y marcar objetivos para el año nuevo. Procuro incorporar simples herramientas en mi rutina, que me ayuden a seguir conectada con mi objetivo vital, tales como practicar yoga 2 veces por semana o afinar a diario mi conciencia con las reflexiones del Kabbalista Yehuda Berg. Y como el año 2013 para mi será de cambios profesionales, me he propuesto hacer solo aquello que me hace muy feliz. 
El dia de hoy es un gran portal cósmico, aprovechen lo para marcar objetivos y pedir deseos ! Os envío todo mi cariño !

This is my look for the last day of the world. But is this really the end ? Or we are just jumping to other level of consciousness, where we can understand better the universal lows and messages, that philosophies like Buddhism, Yoga or Kabbalah are teaching for ages. Different methods and ways, but all they guide us to the same place - raise up our consciousness and comprehend the meaning of life - transform ourselves every day in better persons. By the end of each year I use to make a review of the last 12 months and set some goals for the new year. I introduce some tools that help me stay connected to my vital goal, such as practicing yoga twice a week or read daily The Kabbalah tune-up newsletter by Yehuda Berg. And since 2013 will bring me many professional changes, I promised myself to do only things that make me extremely happy.
