High in the sky

En las nubes ! Así es como me siento después de 3 días de retiro total, paseos, 2 practicas diarias de yoga y meditación. Fue una experiencia maravillosa. El retiro de yoga tuvo lugar en el ski resort Bansko, en las montañas de Rila en Bulgaria. Un pueblecito que conserva su caracter tradicional, a pesar del desarrollo turistico de la zona . Disfruté de los lindos paisajes, respiré el aire mas puro en años, me reí en la compañía de gente maravillosa y me hundí en la calma .Totalmente renovada hoy me pregunto, como viviré ahora con una practica de yoga por semana, cuando me acostumbré con 2 al día ? Es adictivo !

In the sky ! So is how I feel after 3 days of retreat, nice strolls, 2 yoga practices a day and meditation. It was an incredible experience.The yoga retreat took place in Bansko, a ski resort in the Mountain of Rila, Bulgaria. Bansko is a village that still conserves its traditional character beside of the touristic development of the area. I enjoyed the marvelous landscapes , breath the most pure air in years, laughed with nice people and sank in the calm. After this rebirthing experience I ask my self, how can I live with one yoga practice a week now, after used to do twice a day ? It it completely addictive!
